After arrival, customs processing may cause additional delays. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes.

US customers: US duties and shipping costs are calculated together at checkout.

Bersama is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once parcels are with Australia Post or local courier services. 

Please note: Returns due to unpaid duties, refused delivery, uncollected parcels, or incorrect addresses are not eligible for a refund. Re-shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
